The wine

This Blackwell Shiraz is big red with big alcohol at 14.% as you would expect from the Barossa.  With a deep colour with an amazing nose of berries (blackcurrant and blackberry) and chocolate that really hits you when you take a slurp. The texture is smooth and luxurious. I really enjoyed this with food, its just keeps get smoother as you move from one glass to the next.
